Aerial photograph taken of Stonington Borough, before the 1938 Hurricane. This photograph was found in the collection of Clifford C. Oat Jr., whose father, Clifford C. Oat, and Harrison Noyes Jr. were co-publishers of the Norwich Bulletin Newspaper.
This photograph is believed to have been taken before the 1938 Hurricane since the cupola is still on the Town Hall roof, and the weather tower is still standing on the Lighthouse Lawn.
