Description

Scanned close up photograph of second fire engine in parade with Charlie and Dean (on right in white) Fairbrother wearing fire hats and father (Billings) standing at side. This was the second truck in Memorial Parade 1948 or 1949 leaving Town Hall. Billings was a member of the Pioneer Hook & Ladder Co. of Stonington and both sons became members later on.
