Bracelet made of tightly braided light brown hair. The clasp is gold with a swirling design etched around an oval. Attached to this dangles a circular piece with a sunflfower (?) design. Engraved JF to NLS. Donated by Mrs. Raynham Townshend, great-niece of Juliet Palmer Fanning. The bracelet was a gift from Juliet to her sister, Nancy Lord Palmer (b. 3 Nov. 1813, m. 1836 Charles T. Stanton). Hair is Juliet's and her daughter Sarah's.
