Plate with a design of royal blue and rust red flowers. Gold swirls and leaves accent the flowers and large red leaves. The bottom of the plate is marked "Royal Crown Derby Made in England Ovington's New York." A16 and Derby are also impressed into the bottom. W and A254 are written in red. There is also a small smiley face on the bottom.Collection
