Description

Workers putting the finishing touches on the SS Lansing before its launch in May of 1919. A few extra building materials are still visible on the deck, but the ship appears to be nearing completion. The Lansing steamship was rebuilt by the Ship Construction and Trading Company, Inc. of Stonington for the Nafra Company of New York.
