Audited 1 Sept 1777 Pitkin Order No. 4254 Oliver Ellsworth (1745-1807) was a patriot, a member of the Pay Table Committee, a delegate to the Federal Constitutional Convention, Chief Justice of the United States, and Minister Plenipotentiary to France
