Black and white snapshot from the collection of Frederick Euguene Weeks (pictured in the center). Handwritten on back: "GOODWIN SM 1/C, WILLIAMS S 1/C AND MYSELF! They are a couple of swell guys!" (SM 1/C = Signalman, 1st Class). Weeks was born in Stonington on March 16, 1922 and served with the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theater during WWII.
