A history of the Shennecossett Golf Course in Groton, published in 1989 to celebrate its 91st year in operation, and its 20th anniversary under the care of the town of Groton. The land was originally owned by the Avery family, and later had Morton Plant and Milton Slosberg preserve it for the town. This small booklet contains plans of the golf course, discussions on the architecture of the buildings, historic photographs and information on the people who created and maintained the golf course over its long and storied history.
