Two unidentified men, affiliated with the rebuilding of the Lansing in 1918-1919. They could be Joseph Mercadante (Nafra Company founder), Captain F.H. Meader of Boston, who was in charge of the construction of the vessel, or Captain J.W. Proctor of New York, consulting engineer. They may be local office holders. The Lansing steamship was rebuilt by the Ship Construction and Trading Company, Inc. of Stonington for the Nafra Company of New York.Made/Created
