Rebuilding of the SS Lansing as seen from Stonington harbor. Workers are visible at center left placing cradles and blocks beneath the ship. Interior scaffolding and new hull are under construction. The Lansing steamship was rebuilt by the Ship Construction and Trading Company, Inc. for the Nafra Company of New York.
