Description

Meat rack manufactured by the Bernard Gloekler Company of Pittsburgh. Brass colored cow at top of rack. Wrought iron design features elements from butchering including cleavers, a bone saw, sausage links, and two cow faces. 6 hooks at base. This company operated from the 1870s through the 1920s.
