This photograph collection primarily consists of the Hall and Williams family and their extended relations of Chester County, Pennsylvania. At some point in the 20th century the family and photographs extend to Meadville of Crawford County, Pennsylvania.

Context

Lulu Mabel Hall (1863-1937) and her "cousin" Nora Leona Merriman Brown (1877-1937). Nora is the daughter-in-law of Mabel's cousin Harriet ("Hattie") Wilcox Brown (1854-1926).
