Pritchett (1859-1879) captioned “compliments from Arthur to Ida" (likely addressed to Amy Ida Williams Glisson (1857-1944)) by West Chester, PA photographer Thomas W. Taylor at Taylor's First Premium Gallery, No. 30 East Gay Street, West Chester, PA. It is possible that Amy Ida Glisson kept this card in memorial of Arthur's death at age 20 in 1879. Arthur grew up in East Goshen Township, Chester County, PA, which neighbors Amy and her family's Willistown Township.Collection
