Interior of letter: Sir, Providence 15th : Nov 1777 I beg the favour of you to stow all the barels of salt I have sent to Warren and Kickemuit. It is marked C.S. should Be glad you will put the (heads?) that has holes bored in them downwards as they may drain. I understand their is a number of barels at Kickemuit.
