This Teachers' Bible was published by James Pott and Co., New York , date unknown. A note dated August 30, 1955 states the original inscription presented the Bible of Frederick L. Schlerf about 1898 by his Sunday School teacher, Mrs. Joshua Gist. One page gives the marriage date of Frederick L. Schlerf. A newspaper clipped, undated, provides a memoriam for Mrs. J. S. Bowersox by Mrs. McKinney.
