Drawing, ink and watercolor on paper. Image of a snow covered trolley-car numbered 3221 at a city junction in winter. The sky is cloudy and grey, with two brown buildings on the left. A figure in shadow is seen entering the central trolley-car, with more people to the left entering a green trolley-car. Signed Leonard Levee Feb. 1968 in the lower right corner. Simple light wood colored frame and 1” beige mat. 18 1/2” x 22 1/2”.

Snow plow 3221 prepares to switch to the Walbrook loop for a return trip- on the left, just beyond the station, is a car of the Peter Witt type on the #13 North Ave. line taking on passengers.
