A man in a dark suit is walking in front of it. The house has scaffolding all over it and the first floor windows are boarded up, the front door is open, and the third floor windows are missing glass. There is a cupola on the top with a flag at it's peak. There are six men gathered on the scaffolding at the level of the cupola. There are other buildings to the right and left of the house along the street, separated by fences on the left and attached on the right. A steeple can be seen in the background.
