Print, photographic. B/W photograph of the Great Blizzard of 1902 in Westminster. Shows a boy in the proper right side of the photograph, and since he is moving, he appears blurred. A wooden picket fence runs through the middleground of the photograph, and in the background are two men looking toward the proper left, as iced over power lines lay on the ground. Mounted on black matboard. The maker's mark in the lower proper right corner reads, "Mitchell's Art Gallery, Westminster, MD". The inscription on the back reads, "L.C. Card- C & P Telephone Co.- Wreck of Telephone Lines, Feb. 1902" written in pencil. Overall measurement 11" x 14"; image size 7.625" x 9.5".Acquisition
