Steel, white; high domed crown with 2” brim; web of cotton straps inside allows for size adjustment; Civil Defense sticker on front is blue circle with white triangle at center; CD in red at center of triangle; “MARYLAND” in white below triangle. Stamped on underside of brim at back "U.S. GOVT PROPERTY O C D". 6” x 11.75” x 13”.
