No. 2 Yoke 1886". B: upright for hanging bell, 18.5"h x 21.375"w x 2"d. Foundry mark on upright reads "Crystal Metal No. 2 Upright".Acquisition

From her farm, the donor's mother, Rosalie Shriver Lanning, could hear the bell ringing at the Carroll Academy and she loved its sound. She purchased the bell from Treva Yeiser, a former owner of the Carroll Academy, probably in the early 1950s. Given in memory of Rosalie Shriver Lanning.
