Republic of Vietnam Service Medal; grosgrain ribbon with green and white vertical stripes; bar reading "1960 - "attached diagonally across ribbon; suspended from ribbon is hexagonal medallion with six-pointed star, points of star extend beyond edges of hexagon, map of Vietnam at center of star. 3.5" x 1.5".
