Chair. Empire style klismos side chair. Cane seat, repainted and original gold stenciled scrolls on crest rail and stay rail, acanthus leaf motif on rear posts and on side rail below back posts, gold paint over original paint on ring turnings on legs and on rear posts. 31" x 18" x 19.5" Baltimore, 1820-1845.
