Print, photographic. Carroll County Centennial Parade, Carroll Manufacturing float. June, 1937. B/W photo. There is a large white float with "Carroll Manufacturing" on the side. There is a tall boxed structure in the center with a woman standing on top of it holding a leash to a butterfly that is sitting on a pole at the front of the float. The the back of the float is three women in white sitting in front of a shell shaped panel. There are people gathered on both sides of the street to watch the parade. They are traveling through downtown where there are people gathered on both sides to watch the street. There are American flags and bunting on the buildings along the street. There is a banner above the float that reads "UHKP Carnival Kings-Lot May 31-June 5" There is a brick building to the right of the street with a sign on it that reads "Bell Telephone " 2.75" x 4.5"
