Belonged to Jacob H. Handley (b 3 April 1856 - d. 26 July 1930) and Anna M. Warner Handley (b 28 December 1854 - d 2 December 1923); Jacob and Anna were married 15 June 1880 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Westminster by Henry W. Kuhns. Jacob and Anna had five children: Eva Grace, Jennie Louisa, Harrison Warner, Florence Rebecca and Anna Pauline. Jacob was a cashier at the Westminster Bank. Jacob and Anna were the grandparents of the donor’s wife, Anna Yingling Shull, who raised her after her parents’ deaths.
