Note
Frock's Sunnybrook Farm, at 112 Bond Street, was established in the 1920s. It had a banquet hall, picnic facilities and swimming pool. It closed in May 1997 after a protracted legal battle with Americans with Disabilities Act advocate Marilyn Philllips who sued for non-compliance with the act. The owner could not afford the renovations and chose to close thefacility.
