Uriah Grant Heltibridle (22 August 1868 - 8 January 1944) owned a barbershop in Westminster. He married Sallie L. Seilhamer (3 April 1869 - 28 January 1955). They had one adopted daughter, Anna. He was a member of the 1st Maryland Infantry Regiment Band; his medal for service on the Mexican border is in the collection – see 56.621.14. His obituary appeared in the Times, 14 January 1944.
