Medal, commemorative. World War I. Bronze medallion; laurel wreath around edge, crossed rifles in background; reads "WORLD WAR A.E.F. SERVICE." Inserted into hole at center of medallion is gold coin with drawing of soldier on front and the Lord's Prayer on the back. Medallion suspended from bar reading "U.S. ARMY" and topped by an eagle with spread wings. 2.25"h x 1.5"w.
