Description

Pin, lapel. Athletic proficiency award. Bronze; shield-shaped with clasp pin on back. Embossed design: at top is a winged foot and 3 ribbons which read "PUBLIC," "SCHOOLS," "STATE OF MARYLAND." At bottom center is smaller shield with Maryland state flag; down proper right side next to flag reads "TEST"; down proper left side of flag reads "I I". .75" x .625". 1930s, probably 1935.
