Plate. Wood; round; 7.875” diameter; constructed of two thin pieces of wood laminated together and curved to form a shallow center; decorated with painted image of a log house. Handwritten on front: “Built by Thomas Addelsperger in 1777 Taken down July 1886”. Written on reverse: “Thomas Addelsperger 1777. Painted by Mary Bostwick Shellman Westminster, Md. For Ella Logue Great Granddaughter Thomas Addelsperger.”
