Man at center leaning on cane is Dennis Howard Frizzell. Donor reports that silver-headed cane was given to Frizzell by President Rutherford B. Hayes. This is a copy photograph of an original 1898 photograph owned by Dennis F. Blizzard of the funeral of Sgt. Charles Smith's funeral at Deer Park Church, Smallwood, Maryland.
