Description

Quilt. Light and dark pattern log cabin quilt. 66" x 61". Made of velvets and silks in shades of burgundy, pink and black; fabrics include solids, prints, stripes, brocades, watered silks, plaids and dotted. Constructed of 132 pieced blocks; handstitched. Some basting stitches remain in some areas. Bordered by 2.5" plaid taffeta ruffle. Backing is red wool felt. Tufted, not quilted.
