Print is mounted on gray card with a beige border around the image, 6.5" x 4.25", imprinted in white "Baldwin / JB (combined character) / WESTMINSTER" below the image. On the reverse of the image, written in black ink "Dr. Jacob Rinehart / Frizellburg Carroll Co., Md." and an extensive personal history that covers the reverse of the card entirely. c. 1900.
