Seal. A: 3.75"h x 1.25"w x 1.25"d. Black turned wood handle with round brass tip. "THE WESTERN MD. RY. CO. WESTMINSTER, MD." B: Two 0.75" square sticks of reddish-brown wax, 5.5" & 2" long. Short one embossed "SPECIAL WAX."
