Context

Charles Wantz, a cigar seller, built the Wantz Building (center) in 1882. Today, the storefront is once again home to a cigar shop. The second floor held Westminster’s first telephone company, and the third floor was a Masonic lodge. Next door is an early Mather’s department store.
