Description

Chicago, North Shore & Milwaukee Railroad McKinley Road looking north from Ft. Sheridan. By August 1923 there still was not much progress on the road's construction. Again we are looking north from Old Elm Road. It also appears that there was not much construction of Fort Sheridan north of Old Elm Road. Dated August 9, 1923 images are also on a CD (1982.3.1 - 1982.3.29)
