Chicago, North Shore & Milwaukee Railroad On May 16, 1924, paving of the roadway is underway. In those days cement was mixed on site so the component materials had to be brought to the cement mixer. Cement workers on McKinley Road (later Sheridan Road) at Fort Sheridan. CAUTION GLASS PLATE IS BROKEN AT BOTTOM images are also on a CD (1982.3.1 - 1982.3.29)
