From the report: "The house at 33 S. Sheridan Road was built in 1959 by Knute Larsen Construction Company at a cost of $30,414. The architect on the permit was listed as Lawrence T. Smith. It is an example of the Garrison Colonial subtype of Colonial Revival residential architecture--built "on spec" by Knute Larson, whose company is listed as "owner" in the building permit. The most recent resident was James M. Peery, head of the Peer Group; previous residents include R. Jaros."
