Photos of 421 Spruce Avenue, taken by the City of Lake Forest in 2015 prior to demolition and replacement with new construction. The house is located in a historically African-American neighborhood. It was built c. 1920 and its former address was 317 Spruce (before 1928). For many years it was owned by the Casselberry family.
