Deerpath Hill Estates Later renamed Leroy Burton Petite Estates. Built in the late 1920's approx. 375 North Waukegan Road Intersection of Waukegan Road and Armour Circle looking east. The stone gateposts were constructed as part of the Deerpath Hill Estates Sub-division.
