Description

Deerpath Hill Estates Later renamed Leroy Burton Petite Estates. Built in the late 1920's landscaped area at intersection of King Muir Road and north side of Deerpath Road. This landscaping and reflection pool were constructed as part of the Deerpath Hill Estates subdivision. The pond was later filled in for safety reasons.
