Woman and child with horse and carriage/buggy. Child (age 4) is Farwell Winston, born 1891 with his mother, Mrs. Dudley Winston (nee Grace Farwell).
The house was called "House in the Woods." It stood at the south end of Lake Road. It was razed in order to build the Chatfield-Taylor home at 620 Lake Road.
After being widowed, Mrs. Dudley Winston married Robert McGann and built the McGann home at 965 East Deerpath Road.
