The house was called "House in the Woods." It stood at the south end of Lake Road. It was razed in order to build the Chatfield-Taylor home at 620 Lake Road.
After being widowed, Mrs. Dudley Winston married Robert McGann and built the McGann home at 965 East Deerpath Road.
