Knollwood Country Club entrance 1890 North Waukegan Road Photo circa 1930. Knollwood Club was developed in 1924 on the site of the Granger Farwell and Dr. Alfred C. Haven farms. Knollwood was the name of the Farwell farm. The golf course was designed by Captain J. Allison
