Bound in black leather with gold embossed bordering. All pictures are in protective sleeves, and some of the pictures are glued to the scrapbook page, while others were stored loose or lost their adhesive.
Most photos are aerial shots of the developments at Andover Village and Adler's Glenn, while a few of them are street view photos of individual houses. In addition to this there are also photos of the proof rolls done in Adler's Glenn.
