Image of the Lake Forest Public Works Department office. A Christmas display is set up on partially snow-covered ground in front of the building, including a large star that says "A Christmas Story," a book that says "Peace on Earth Goodwill Toward Men," and a banner that says "Merry Christmas."
Reverse is dated December 1960. The 1959 phone book lists the address of the Public Works Department as 1156 N. Western.
