Color photograph of pair of pink granite pillars of a belvedere designed by David Adler with twirling staircases topped by nymph statues. The nymphs were designed by American sculptor, John Storrs. Hamill was a renowned bibliophile, the twirling staircases recall the stairs in an English gentleman's library.
