When this photograph was taken Farwell's daughter, Rose Farwell Chatfield-Taylor resided here. Frederick Law Olmstead did the landscape architecture in the 1870s. This house burned 1920 and Fairlawn was rebuilt for Robert G. McGann and Grace Farwell McGann.Photograph Details
