Postcard flipbook. The cardboard body says "Lake Forest, IL. Street View Looking North." Open up the flap and you see the sites of Lake Forest and Lake Forest College, 13 images in all. They include: Western Avenue street view looking north, LF railroad depot, City Hall, Henry Durand Art Institute, North Hall (Lake Forest University), Gymnasium (Lake Forest University), Lois Durand Hall (Lake Forest University), Central School (Gorton), Convent Sacred Heart (Barat), Episcopal Church (Church of the Holy Spirit), Onwentsia Club, and the Winter Club. Copyright 1906 by the Rotograph Co., printed in Germany. "To all, whon, it may concern: Be it known that, LEO BRAUN, residing at Munich, in the Kingdom of Bavaria, in the German Empire, have invented a certain new and useful Souvenir Mailing-Card, of which the following is a specification."
