Photograph album with black binding, 10" x 7". Photographs of house and gardener's cottage - Shadow Lawn - at 737 North Sheridan and garage - the gardener's cottage is being built or renovated (or moved?). House belonged to James M. Hopkins. Album belonged to William Greulich, the gardener at the estate, who probably appears in some of the photos along with his Freda Greulich. Dated 1929-1936. Includes photos of winter scenes, the garden, a dog, a woodpile, a rabbit hutch, exterior walls and gates, car in the driveway, etc.
