Description
18-page photograph album with white cover. Includes color images of women modeling fashions designed by Virginia Fiester. First page includes typed note with photograph of Virginia Fiester Frederick "State Representative--59th District and former Dress Designer Extraordinaire." Note is dated December 24, 1987 - but photographs are from c. 1960s-1970s.
Note reads: "This album has been put together by her admiring husband [Kenneth Frederick], who stands in awe of her creative ability and originality. It is presented as a birthday tribute. The photographs are enlargements taken from 35 mm slides photographed by her loving brother, the late Dick Heise of Des Moines, Iowa. It is regretable that in this process much of the original coloring has become distorted..."
